Ingredients of Chicken Afghani

1 kg Chicken cut into 8-12 pieces

For Marination:-
½ Cup Fresh Curd
¼ Cup Fresh Unsweetened Dairy Cream
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Roasted Dry Fenugreek
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Method of Chicken Afghani

I’m going to do in toast it lightly so that is becoming easier to crush. I’m going to lightly start just toasting this on the moderate flame. Make sure the flame is not high at any point in time. It needs to become nice and crisp and this could take anywhere between 30 seconds to a minute. I’m going to transfer this in another bowl and make sure this cools down completely. While that’s cooling down let’s start making the marinade, for this in a large bowl I am taking some fresh curd to this some fresh unsweetened dairy cream next goes in some fresh ginger garlic paste. Mix the masalas
This is followed by some fresh garam masala next from fresh chat masala. Now the kasoori methi which has become nice and crisp some just want to crush lightly, some salt as required and finally for some change lemon juice. The marinade is ready. Marinate the Chicken properly
Well, chicken is ready. Let’s place this in the marinade and mix the chicken. In a pan add some oil and allow this to heat on the moderate flame. The oil is heated up; let’s carefully place the pieces of chicken. After few minutes, I’m going to give it a flip.
